Frequently asked questions
Is the pipeline repaired during the audit?
No. The audit identifies the failure points and provides a prioritized repair plan. Small obvious corrections may be demonstrated, but production implementation is quoted separately.
When does the 48-hour period begin?
After the required access, logs, configuration, and problem description have been received.
What access is required?
Usually read-only source access, relevant configuration, recent logs, schema information, and a description of the expected behavior. Production credentials should not be sent through email or the contact form.
Can you review a custom API connector?
Yes. REST, SOAP, GraphQL, webhook, file-based, and Fivetran Connector SDK integrations are supported.
Can this be white-labeled for an agency?
Yes. The report and technical review can be delivered through the agency under an agreed communication arrangement.
What happens after the audit?
The customer receives the report regardless of whether implementation is purchased. A separate fixed-price repair or rebuild quote can be provided.
What if the problem is larger than one pipeline?
Review the most urgent pipeline first. The report may recommend a broader engagement, but the audit remains limited to the agreed scope.
