White-label AI implementation for agencies.

You have the client relationship and the brief. We build the AI agents, pipelines, and integrations underneath it, under your brand, and stay out of your client inbox. For agencies whose clients keep asking for AI work that is not what the agency does.

What we deliver

The technical half of a project. Strategy, design, and the client relationship stay with you.

AI agents and automation

Intake, triage, quoting, and follow-up systems built end to end, with evaluation sets and human review where the work needs it.

Data pipelines and connectors

Fivetran configuration, custom SDK connectors, Airflow, dbt modeling, and the warehouse work underneath a reporting deliverable.

API integrations

The connection between systems your client already runs, with idempotency, retries, and monitoring rather than a script that works once.

Technical rescue

Picking up a build that stalled, or auditing one you inherited, and giving you a straight assessment of what it would take to finish.

How communication works

Three arrangements, picked per engagement. Changing between them mid-project is fine.

Fully behind your brand

You are the only party the client hears from. We work through your project manager, deliver into your repositories, and never appear on a call.

Introduced as your technical partner

We join client calls as part of your team, under your name or ours as you prefer. Most agencies find this speeds up technical discovery considerably.

Direct with your client, you in the room

For deep technical work, direct access to the client engineers saves everyone time. You stay on every thread and own the relationship.

What we will not do

  • Approach your clients directly, during the engagement or after it.
  • Publish or reference the work without written agreement from you and the client.
  • Quote your client separately, or discuss commercials with them at all.
  • Take on the design, brand, or marketing scope that is your business.
  • Position ourselves as the primary relationship on a call you own.

Common questions

Will you approach our clients directly?

No. Not during the engagement and not afterwards. If a client we met through you contacts us independently, we tell you before responding. This is in writing in the agreement, because a verbal assurance is worth very little on the one occasion it matters.

How does confidentiality work?

We sign your NDA, or your client NDA, or both. We do not publish work done under a partner engagement, do not name the client, and do not use the work in our own case studies unless you and the client both agree in writing.

What does the commercial arrangement look like?

You contract with us, you contract with your client, and the two are separate. You set your own margin. We quote you a scope and a price and do not have visibility into or opinions about what you charge.

Can you work inside our process?

Yes, and it is usually easier for everyone. Your repositories, your ticket system, your standups, your definition of done. The main thing we ask for is one technical contact who can unblock access questions quickly.

What happens if the client asks a question we cannot answer?

You forward it and get a plain-language answer you can pass on in your own words, or we join the call. Handoff documentation is written so your team can support the work afterwards without calling us for routine questions.

What do you not do?

Design, brand strategy, paid media, and content marketing. We build systems. If a project needs those, they stay with you, which is generally why the arrangement works.

What size engagements make sense?

Anything from a single connector or integration through to a full agent build with data work underneath. Very small tasks are usually not worth the coordination overhead for either side, and we will say so rather than take the work.

Have a client project that needs a technical partner?

Send the brief and what you need covered. You will get a straight answer on whether it fits and roughly what it takes.
